Your order may take up to 1-5 days to prepare.

1    OPTIONS & TIME ESTIMATES

You can choose free delivery if your order is more than 2500 NOK. For orders below 2500 NOK, delivery prices start at 100 NOK but will vary depending on the carrier. The options and prices will be clear when the purchase is made. In busy periods, there may be delays to the stated delivery time estimates.

2    NORWAY PRICES

All orders within Norway are delivered by Posten and sent as an insured, trackable package. Regular service is approx 2-5 business days. There will be no additional costs upon delivery. Taxes and duties are included in all prices.

        All orders: Shipping expense is 0 NOK

3    EU PRICES

All orders within the EU are delivered by DHL Express and sent as an insured package and business mail. Regular service in Europe is approx. 2-3 business days. There will be no additional costs upon delivery. Taxes and duties are included in all prices.

        Orders above 2500 NOK: Shipping expense is 0 NOK

        Orders below 2500 NOK: Shipping expense is 200 NOK

4    ALL OTHER COUNTRIES

All other orders will be delivered by DHL Express and sent as an insured package and business mail. Regular service may vary between 2-5 business days. There will be no additional costs upon delivery. Taxes and duties are included in all prices.

        Orders above 2500 NOK: Shipping expense is 0 NOK

        Orders below 2500 NOK: Shipping expense is 250 NOK

Please note, orders delivered to countries outside of Norway and the EU have to go through customs clearance. There will be no additional costs upon delivery. Taxes and duties are included in all prices. Please also note that transportation costs and customs clearance costs associated with a cancellation/refusal of a package will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.


           RETURNS

You are always welcome to return your purchase if it does not meet your expectations. You have a 14-day right of return on goods that are in the same condition as when received. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to reject your return.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unused. As soon as we have received the returned item and they have undergone a quality control check we will process the refund. Please keep your postage receipt as proof that the package was sent. We advise you to return the package with a trackable number. Return expenses, taxes, and duties are paid for by the customer.

1    HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

1           Send us an email at hello@studiobille.com with information about the return. You will be provided with all the information needed to complete the process. 
2            Wrap the item carefully.
3            Send the item back to us. 
4            Your refund is processed. 

2    FAULTY ITEMS

Your order will be carefully checked before it is shipped. However, if you receive an item which is incorrect or faulty, please contact us at hello@studiobille.com. For faulty items we offer a replacement or a full refund. 

If the defects of wear and tear are due to negligent use, a lack of maintenance, or simply because of normal wear and tear your right to complain is renounced. Studio Bille does not cover shipping fees in the case of a complaint.
